The Business Analyst – Airline E-Commerce will elicit business requirements, design digital booking workflows, author user stories, and support Agile delivery under technical management in Dubai. Explore further software analysis and IT consulting positions on our IT jobs portal.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements for digital airline e-commerce platforms.
• Support online booking engine enhancements, customer servicing portals, and digital journey optimizations.
• Write clear user stories, functional requirement specifications, and acceptance criteria for Agile sprints.
• Perform detailed business process modeling, workflow analysis, and gap assessments.
• Manage requirements, user feedback, and defect tracking using Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, UI/UX designers, and software development teams.

🔹 Requirements:

• 5+ years of total professional experience, with at least 4 years focused on Business Analysis in digital products.
• Direct domain experience in airline e-commerce, reservation systems, travel tech, or aviation.
• Solid understanding of airline operations, booking engines, IRROPS management (flight delays, rebooking, cancellations).
• Proven hands-on experience working in Agile Scrum environments using Azure DevOps.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Must be willing to work fully onsite in Dubai 5 days a week; immediate joiners preferred.
