TAM Analyst (IT Asset Management Analyst) – Abu Dhabi, UAE

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end IT asset lifecycle activities, hardware tracking, inventory audits, and reporting.
• Maintain accurate asset databases and configuration management records (CMDB) using ServiceNow.
• Support asset governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and audit readiness processes.
• Monitor software licenses, hardware warranties, annual maintenance contracts (AMCs), and vendor agreements.
• Conduct branch visits across business locations to assess IT equipment requirements and coordinate deployments.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and continuous process improvements for IT asset management.

🔹 Requirements:

• Proven professional experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM), preferably within banking or financial services.
• Deep technical knowledge of End User Computing (EUC) hardware and asset lifecycle workflows.
• Hands-on experience utilizing ServiceNow and ITAM discovery tools for tracking and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder coordination, cost optimization, and branch assessment capabilities.
• Must currently reside in the UAE with immediate availability to join.
