The Junior Quality Controller will conduct retail food safety inspections, monitor temperature controls, enforce HACCP guidelines, and audit hygiene standards across supermarket branches under retail management in Dubai. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine food safety, hygiene, and quality inspections across West Zone retail supermarket branches.
• Verify cold chain temperature controls, product expiry dates, storage conditions, and food-handling practices.
• Identify quality deviations and collaborate with store managers to implement swift corrective actions.
• Maintain inspection logbooks, audit records, and prepare compliance reports for management review.
• Support HACCP standard implementation and UAE municipal food safety regulations.

🔹 Requirements:

• Male candidates only for this position.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related scientific discipline.
• 0 to 2 years of practical experience in food safety, quality assurance, or hygiene inspection.
• Fundamental knowledge of HACCP principles and retail food safety standards.
• Strong observation, communication, and inspection capabilities.
