Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized Labeling Designer & Coordinator to join our manufacturing team in Ras Al Khaimah. This role is fundamental to the organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage product labeling for management and quality review. You will be responsible for creating and updating product labels, coordinating approvals with internal departments, and maintaining organized records by brand. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Packaging Design Coordination and a proactive approach to task management and design accuracy. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update product labels to meet management and branding accuracy targets.
• Support visual integrity in Ras Al Khaimah, ensuring 100% data integrity in design files, record keeping, and approval documentation.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department, QC, Sales, and Admin teams to obtain final design approvals and maintain proper brand records.
• Follow up with the design team to ensure timely completion of tasks while tracking progress against deadlines and quality standards.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools and design software to optimize label storage and professional operational reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or Marketing plus a relevant professional Design Certificate.
• Proven professional experience specifically in label design and cross-departmental coordination.
• Strong background in management of design documentation, feedback correction, and organized record storage.
• Professional background in education or training regarding Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and quality assurance protocols.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, keen attention to detail, and Immediate Availability (Mandatory).
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-volume manufacturing facility in Ras Al Khaimah.
