Job Description:
We are urgently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support our inventory operations in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our logistics framework, requiring a professional who can handle stock records and data entry for management and audit review. You will be responsible for utilizing SAP systems, performing data analysis using advanced Excel, and coordinating material movement. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Inventory Control Systems and a proactive approach to workflow organization. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day warehouse activities to meet management and operational targets.
- Handle stock records and ensure 100% data integrity in inventory tracking and tracking systems in Dubai.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and procurement teams to coordinate shipments and material storage.
- Utilize SAP systems for warehouse tasks and perform detailed reporting using MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to monitor workflow and ensure compliance with inventory policies.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related academic discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience specifically in warehouse management and data handling.
- Strong background in management of SAP systems and inventory control procedures.
- Professional background in education or training regarding Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables/VLOOKUP mandatory).
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and strong time management skills in the UAE.
- Excellent coordination abilities and the capability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
