Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and driven Brand Manager – Personal Care to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our growth framework, requiring a professional who can plan and execute 360° marketing strategies for management and performance review. You will be responsible for leading new product launches, developing GTM strategies, and scaling personal care brands specifically within the haircare segment. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Integrated Marketing and a proactive approach to consumer behavior and market trends. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute 360° marketing strategies, including ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns to meet management and growth targets.
- Lead new product launches and develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies within the Dubai and regional markets.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and cross-functional teams to ensure 100% data integrity in campaign performance analysis and optimization.
- Build and strengthen brand identity through innovative campaigns and initiatives across multiple channels.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to analyze market trends and drive brand visibility across FMCG or D2C segments.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related academic discipline.
- 3 to 8 years of professional experience specifically in brand or product management within the personal care or haircare industry.
- Strong background in management of integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, and digital channels).
- Professional background in education or training regarding consumer behavior and GTM strategy execution.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and a willingness to relocate to Dubai if currently based elsewhere.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills with the capability to manage brand growth in a fast-paced UAE environment.
