Job Description:

We are currently looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Happiness Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our service framework, requiring a professional who can deliver exceptional face-to-face service for management and satisfaction review. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, building customer loyalty, and ensuring all interactions meet corporate standards. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Direct Customer Support and a proactive approach to issue resolution. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional face-to-face customer service to meet management and service standards.
  • Address customer concerns and requests in Abu Dhabi promptly to ensure 100% data integrity in service tracking.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources and internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships to drive long-term customer loyalty and positive brand perception.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools to record interactions and maintain professional communication across morning and evening shifts.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or professional Certificate in Business, Communication, or a related academic discipline.
  • 2 to 3 years of professional experience in face-to-face customer support roles with mandatory UAE experience.
  • Mandatory ability to communicate fluently in Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu to support a diverse demographic.
  • Strong background in management of interpersonal interactions and rotational shift work (6 days per week).
  • Professional background in education or training regarding customer happiness and personalized support.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and a mandatory requirement to join immediately in the UAE.
