Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified School Nurse to support the health and well-being of our students in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage student health needs and provide emergency care for management and regulatory review. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate medical records, administering medications, and promoting health awareness initiatives. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Pediatric Nursing and a proactive approach to student wellness. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide medical care, first aid, and emergency support to students and staff to meet management safety standards.
- Monitor health concerns and coordinate care plans for students with chronic conditions in Abu Dhabi.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and school administration to ensure full compliance with DOH regulations.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation to ensure 100% data integrity and patient confidentiality.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to track vaccinations, medication schedules, and health awareness data.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing or a relevant healthcare discipline.
- Mandatory valid DOH License to practice nursing in Abu Dhabi.
- Strong background in management of student health, pediatric care, and preventive medicine initiatives.
- Professional background in education or training regarding school health policies and emergency response.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and remain calm during medical emergencies.
- Excellent communication skills; previous experience in a UAE school environment is highly preferred.
