Job Description:
We are urgently seeking a highly experienced and proactive Maintenance In-Charge to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our property framework, requiring a professional who can oversee maintenance activities across multiple assets for management and regulatory review. You will be responsible for supervising MEP and HVAC systems, developing preventive maintenance plans, and coordinating with external vendors. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Building Operations and a proactive approach to tenant satisfaction. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily building maintenance operations to meet management and safety standards.
- Ensure all MEP, HVAC, and civil works in Dubai comply with UAE safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and operations teams to coordinate vendors and ensure 100% data integrity in maintenance logs.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans to enhance overall property efficiency.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to monitor maintenance budgets and maintain high-quality inspection records.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or professional Certificate in Engineering or Facilities Management.
- Proven professional experience in real estate maintenance or facilities management environments.
- Strong background in management of MEP systems, HVAC units, and general building operations.
- Professional background in education or training regarding UAE safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong leadership, and effective problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on capability to handle multiple properties and manage technical teams efficiently in the UAE.
