Job Description:
We are seeking a creative Videographer / Editor to produce high-impact real estate content for our Dubai projects. This role is fundamental to our marketing framework, requiring a professional who can script, shoot, and edit vertical videos for management and digital review. You will be responsible for creating engaging Reels/Shorts, incorporating motion graphics, and maintaining high audience retention. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Visual Production and a proactive approach to vertical video trends. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Script, shoot, and edit high-quality vertical videos (Reels/Shorts) to meet management and brand standards.
- Incorporate branded motion graphics and strong visual storytelling across our Dubai property portfolio.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and marketing teams regarding content schedules and brand-aligned digital strategies.
- Operate drones for aerial cinematography in compliance with UAE authority regulations.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and advanced editing software like Premiere Pro and After Effects for efficient content delivery.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Film, Media, or a relevant academic discipline.
- Strong background in video editing, motion graphics, and social media content creation.
- Professional background in education or training regarding Adobe Creative Suite and vertical video algorithms.
- Possession of a valid UAE drone license is mandatory for this professional role.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced creative environment with a deep commitment to high-quality work.
- Prior experience in management of real estate media or architectural videography is highly preferred.
