Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Façade Designer to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our technical framework, requiring a professional who can develop detailed design drawings and aluminium systems for management and authority review. You will be responsible for preparing accurate shop drawings, cutting lists, and material take-offs while ensuring 100% compliance with UAE building codes. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in AutoCAD and a proactive approach to multidisciplinary coordination. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed façade design drawings and technical documentation across our Dubai project portfolio.
- Prepare accurate shop drawings and cutting lists for aluminium systems to meet management and production requirements.
- Liaise with the Human Resources, engineering, and site teams regarding design implementation and project schedules.
- Assist with material take-offs and quantity calculations while ensuring all drawings comply with UAE building codes.
- Utilize digital Information Technology and AutoCAD software for efficient drafting, revision control, and data management.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a relevant academic discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience specifically within the UAE Façade Design sector.
- Strong background in management of AutoCAD, project specifications, and complex aluminium envelope systems.
- Professional background in education or training regarding UAE project standards and industry best practices.
- Excellent coordination skills with a focus on operational excellence and successful project delivery.
- Deep technical understanding of Information Technology tools used for modern architectural drafting and scheduling.
