Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified FM Mechanical Engineer to join our Facilities Management team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our operational framework, requiring a professional who can oversee mechanical systems and maintenance activities for management and performance review. You will be responsible for monitoring HVAC systems, pumps, and chillers while ensuring all equipment operates efficiently. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Mechanical Maintenance and a proactive approach to system documentation. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day operation and maintenance of mechanical systems across our Abu Dhabi facility portfolio.
- Monitor and maintain critical equipment such as HVAC systems, pumps, and chillers to meet management and safety standards.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and maintenance teams regarding technician coordination and timely system servicing.
- Identify potential technical issues and prepare detailed maintenance reports documenting system performance.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools for maintenance tracking, reporting, and operational efficiency monitoring.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Mandatory Native Arabic Speaker with professional proficiency in English.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience specifically within Facilities Management operations.
- Strong background in management of HVAC systems, pumps, chillers, and large-scale building mechanical infrastructure.
- Professional background in education or training regarding engineering documentation and reporting standards.
- Candidates should be available to join on short notice and possess excellent coordination skills.
