Job Description:

We are currently looking to hire a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive specializing in floorcare products to join our Sharjah branch while covering Dubai and the Northern Emirates. This role is fundamental to our commercial framework, requiring a professional who can identify new business opportunities and demonstrate equipment features for management and client review. You will be responsible for promoting a wide range of solutions, including floor scrubbers, carpet cleaners, and outdoor sweeping machines. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in B2B Sales and a proactive approach to revenue growth. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell advanced floorcare and cleaning equipment to commercial and business clients across the UAE.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base to meet management targets.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources and technical service teams regarding product delivery and customer support.
  • Demonstrate product features for equipment such as scrubber dryers, pressure washers, and escalator cleaning systems.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and CRM systems for efficient market trend monitoring and business development.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in sales; experience with cleaning equipment is an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license is a mandatory requirement for this regional role.
  • Strong background in management of client relationships, professional negotiation, and independent target achievement.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding industrial floorcare products and machinery.
  • Must be enthusiastic about operational excellence and eager to grow within a fast-paced organizational structure.
