Job Description:
An opening is available for an organized, process-driven Document Controller to administer institutional files. This role is responsible for the oversight of structural record storage frameworks, student file verification systems, and sensitive database compliance auditing to protect administrative workflows in Dubai, UAE.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize structured document control systems and corporate filing frameworks.
- Manage institutional records, ensuring accuracy, proper secure storage, and rapid file retrieval.
- Ensure compliance with documentation standards, strict confidentiality rules, and internal policies.
- Handle student training records, ensuring all application files are complete and up to date.
- Support complex record retention processes and maintain secure data management practices.
- Organize physical and digital training materials, course content, and operational documentation.
- Ensure certified instructors and administrative staff have proper access to required materials.
- Manage driving license documentation, regulatory applications, and tracking updates.
- Coordinate with relevant external transport authorities such as the RTA when required.
🔹 Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in structural document control or institutional records management.
- Strong organizational ability with excellent attention to detail and file audit structure.
- High proficiency in MS Office modules and specialized digital document management software systems.
- Clear understanding of record confidentiality, corporate compliance, and data security practices.
- Prior UAE / Dubai commercial experience is preferred; background in training institutes is an advantage.
- Familiarity with digital cloud databases managed within modern enterprise Information Technology networks.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or Information Management from an approved education program.
